PVC Windows and Doors
Using the polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin as the main raw steel, adding a proportion of stabilizers, colorants, fillers, UV absorber, etc., extrusion molding for forming, and then through the way of cutting, welding or bolt connection to make windows and doors frame. Equipped with the sealing strip, brush seal, hardware, etc., added steel lining (reinforced) into the cavity of profiles with more than a certain length in order to enhance the rigidity of the material, windows and doors made by this way can be called as PVC windows and doors.
■ Heat Preservation and Energy Saving: The multi-cavity structure of the profiles has good heat insulation performance and extremely low heat transfer coefficient, which is only 1/4.5 of that of steel lining and 1/8 of that of aluminum.
■ Air Tightness: The air tightness of the flat window can reach four levels, and that of the sliding window can reach three levels; Rubber and plastic sealing strips and brush seal are installed in all crevices.
■ Water Tightness: The water tightness of the flat window can reach five levels, and that of the sliding window can reach three to four levels. PVC profiles have a unique multi-cavity structure with independent drainage chamber, whether it is frame or sash water can be effectively discharged.
■ Resistance to Wind Pressure: The resistance to wind pressure can reach more than six degrees. Low-rise buildings can choose external flat windows or small section sliding windows, and the resistance to wind pressure is generally in the third level.
■ Sound Insulation: There are sealing strips around the windows and doors, which can effectively reduce the resonance effect of sound waves, prevent the transmission of sound, and effectively reduce the noise of more than 30db.
■ Corrosion Resistance and Weather Resistance: It can be used for a long time in the environment with large temperature difference (-50℃ ~ 70℃). The hot sun and humidity will not cause deterioration, aging, embrittlement and other phenomena.
■ Fire Resistance: Non-flammable, non-combustion-supporting, self-extinguishing. The detected oxygen index is about 42.3, which conforms to the requirements of not less than 38 degrees stipulated in GB8814-1988 Rigid polyvinyl chloride (U-PVC) profiles for windows and doors frames
■ Insulation: Plastic steel profiles are the good electrical insulation steel, with no conductive, and high safety factor.
