Enamelled Tempered Glass
Features and Performance：
Enamelled Tempered Glass is divided into three types: One is printed glazed tempered glass, which can be divided into high temperature and low temperature color glazed tempered glass; The second one is the spraying, drenching painted glazed glass, only in the low temperature way; The third one is the colored glazed glass in a printing method, which can be divided into high temperature and low temperature printed glazed tempered glass. These three methods have both advantages and disadvantages, mainly depending on the use of different ways.
Colored glazed tempered glass is characterized by sunlight control, anti-reflection and aesthetics.
High temperature color glazed glass is that the colored glaze is processed on the surface of the glass before tempering, and then goes into the high temperature (600℃ or so) tempering treatment, so that the color glaze and glass is combined firmly, with strong UV-resistance, no easy to discoloration. Although its color is not very rich bright, it can be widely used, for building outer wall and ceiling, etc.
For both low temperature colored glaze and baked colored glaze, the processing of colored glaze is on the surface of the tempered glass, and then it will be dried through the continuous oven furnace (150℃ or so) . Therefore, the combination of colored glaze and glass is not very strong, the resistance to ultraviolet ray is weak, and easy to discoloration. Even after a long time, colored glaze will fall off, but the color is rich and bright, which is often used on indoor decoration, household appliances, instruments and devices.
