Aluminium Windows and Doors
The principle of the broken bridge type aluminium window is the using of PA66 nylon both separating and closely connecting the two layers of aluminium inside and outside into a whole , which constitutes a new type of thermal insulation aluminium profile. According to the different connection mode, it can be divided into strip type and glue type. By using this kind of profile for windows and doors, the insulating performance is superior, which thoroughly solves the fatal problems of fast conduction and heat dissipation, and that of not meeting the requirements of energy saving. At the same time, it takes some new structure matching styles, which can realize the sealing tightness.
■ Energy Saving: K value of energy saving effect is 2.0~ 3.0w/m², and energy saving is 30~40%.
■ Sound Insulation: Excellent sound insulation performance, reducing 30db noise .
■ Heat Preservation: Anti-condensation and anti-frosting function. Windows are clean and bright. PA66 nylon can effectively block the heat.
■ Strength: Aluminum density is low, but its strength is relatively high, which is close to or more than that of high quality steel. Due to the good plasticity, it can be processed into a variety of profiles, with excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance, which can be widely used in industry, and its usage amount is only second to that of steel. Wind resistance (pa) of windows and doors can reach 5.0pa.
■ Air Tightness: Air permeability (m3/m.h) is up to 7.5-4.5, and rainwater permeability (pa) is up to 800=.>2.0.
■ Surface: Broken bridge aluminum window profile is not easy to be eroded by acid and alkali, and it will not become yellow and fade, almost without maintenance.
■ With three-room design principle, high stability of the mechanism, excellent mechanical properties, middle sealing design, double sealing effect.
■ It is produced by adopting advanced heat insulation piercing process, which has the characteristics of reasonable structure, firm combination and high thermal resistance, etc. Compared with the existing insulated aluminum profiles with single injection strips, it has the better heat insulation performance.
■ Heat-insulated aluminum profiles have three categories: anodic oxidation, electrophoretic coating and powder spraying. With rich variety, good three natures, ideal energy-saving and sound insulation effect, it can be called as the essence of modern windows and doors material. Compared with the insulated aluminum profiles with single injection strips, its heat insulation performance is better.
